2021-22Air Force Station Hasimara. India's newly inducted Rafale fighter aircraft needed a complete Ground Equipment Section. No Indian operational precedent existed. French OEM teams (Dassault Aviation, Safran) were on-site for knowledge transfer.
Established the entire section from zero — built inventory accountability systems, maintenance protocols, documentation standards, and a team qualification framework for ₹200Cr+ equipment. Designed the Strategic Deployment System coordinating ground equipment across 3 operational bases. Simultaneously managed French OEM coordination and Indian-standard documentation.
COVID-19 Crisis Operations — Station-Wide Accountability from Scratch
2020Air Force Station Palam. COVID lockdown. No digital tracking existed for station-wide manpower accountability. 500+ personnel dispersed across units. Simultaneously responsible for four departments' operational continuity.
Diagnosed the accountability gap: no system existed to track personnel across dispersed units in real time. Designed and built an attendance and accountability system providing real-time personnel status visibility across all station units — iterating in rapid build-test-deploy cycles — logic designed one day, live the next. Managed documentation, equipment readiness, and compliance for four departments simultaneously.
Mail Follow-up System — Logic Absorbed into Enterprise ERP
2015Serving as PA to Air Officer Commanding. Correspondence tracking across the unit was manual — letters lost, follow-ups missed, no aging visibility. Accountability gaps affected operational decisions.
Built a digital correspondence and task tracking system with automated aging alerts. Designed it for 100+ officers across the organisation. Documented the system so it could operate without its creator.
Supply Chain Intelligence — Eliminated Intuition-Based Ordering
